Individual Therapy: Everyone needs help navigating their life course from time to time. Fears, sadness, depleted emotional coping skills can get in the way of living life to the fullest.

Premarital Counseling: Marriage is a big step in the life of a couple. Therapy is a safe place to talk about life plans, discover effective communication skills, express needs, and problem-solve before the big day.

Couples Therapy: The relationship is the client and there are many things that can get in the way of a healthy and committed relationship. By partnering with a therapist, couples discover the root source of pain and move toward reconciliation and hope.

Family Therapy: Families take many forms. Challenges may include boundary setting, discipline, communication, transitions, co-parenting, wounded relationships, grieving and loss.

Financial Wellness: Discuss money views, identify habits that get in the way of personal relationships, and wealth habits to promote a healthy lifestyle. Safe Waters therapists are not financial advisers. Information is for educational purposes only.

Divorce Recovery: Manage grief, life transitions, co-parenting, effective communication and boundary setting. Working through family structures and developing new routines and rituals help adults, teens and children.

Systemic therapy is a great option for individual, couples, and families because of the unique nature of human interactions. A variety of therapeutic approaches can be used to create the appropriate environment for optimal results. The goal is to help clients find relief for the issues causing current problems. The assistance of a skilled marriage and family therapist can help navigate the path to healing.
